The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), FPSB’s United Kingdom Affiliate, will host its annual in-person Financial Planning Conference on 15 and 16 October in Manchester where the UK financial planning community will gather to learn and discuss best practices related to the tranformative power of financial planning and its ability to give people financial security and freedom.
Following, CISI hosted Financial Planning Week from 27 January – 2 February 2025 to give consumers the opportunity to experience working with a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional through free introductory appointments. They also encouraged financial planners to get invoved by spreading awareness via social media, hosting pro bono consultations, media outreach, speaking at local schools and community centers on financial literacy and careers in financial planning and sharing resources and financial health checklists.
In addition, CISI will raise awareness of financial planning across its social media channels and published news articles.
