The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, FPSB’s United Kingdom Affiliate, hosts UK Financial Planning Week each year to celebrate financial planning and the many benefits it can bring. UK Financial Planning Week raises public awareness of financial planning and gives the financial planning community an opportunity to share case studies, articles, videos and more to raise the profile of the financial planning profession. This initiative also promotes financial literacy and money management skills across the nation.
This year’s UK Financial Planning Week will take place in January 2024 and will share findings from FPSB’s Value of Financial Planning consumer research to help people understand the wide-ranging benefits of financial planning and of working with a financial planning professional who has committed to putting clients’ interests first, like a CFP professional.. In addition, CISI will host its Financial Planning Conference to help financial planners learn, share and debate all things financial planning.
